  2. Take 1/2 cup gram flour
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp rawa / suji
  4. Take Salt as require
  5. Prepare 2-3 tbsp warm oil
  6. Take 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  7. Prepare 2 green chilli finely chopped
  8. Make ready 1 1/2 tsp ginger greted
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Get 2 tsp sugar
  12. Make ready 1 lemon's juice
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin n coriander powder
  14. Make ready 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  15. Take 1/2 tsp hing
  16. Get Water as require
  17. Make ready Oil to deep fry
  18. Prepare Sweet chutney

  1. Add both flour to a big vessel, add suji n all dry spices, add lemon juice nd oil. Mix well n add water, mix well n prepare very thick batter.
  2. Leave for 10min.
  3. Heat oil nd add small dumplings to it. Fry till dark brown, on medium heat.
  4. Serve with sweet n spicy garlic chutney, with sliced onions nd tea.
