  1. Make ready 1 dozen mutton paya(trotters) cleaned well
  2. Get 1 medium size red onion
  3. Get 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  4. Take 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  5. Make ready as per your taste Mixed whole garam masala
  6. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Get To taste Salt
  8. Get as needed Chopped coriander
  9. Take 1 Juice of one lemon

Instructions to make Mutton Paya(trotters) soup:
  1. In a pressure cooker put chooped onion, ginger-garlic.
  2. Add whole garam masala.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves and salt along with Mutton paya.
  4. Add 4-5 cup of water.
  5. Pressure cook on slow flame for atleast 2 hours.
  6. Open the cooker, add more boiling water if required. It's a clear soup. Take out the paya peices and strain the soup. Straining is optional.
  7. Add paya pieces back to the strained soup, boil it again.
  8. Serve it by adding lemon juice and crushed pepper powder and garnished with coriander leaves.
  9. Fresh Indian pav is best with this soup.
