Steps to make Portabella Mushroom Chicken with Pasta:
  1. Preheat oven 400°F. Line baking dish with foil.
  2. Pound chicken breast until they all are same thickness. Season to taste using Salt, Pepper, Seasoning Salt, Paprika & Onion Powder. Place chicken in pan. Place 1 teaspoon butter on each breast. Cover with foil put in the oven for about 30 min. Reduce heat 350 until finished.
  3. Slice mushrooms (can buy pre-sliced), dice onion. Place onions, mushrooms an butter in pan until soft. Pour in cooking sauce, sour cream & worchestershire. Put stove on medium , season sauce bring light boil. Cover, let simmer on low.
  4. Prepare pasta per directions on package. Toss pasta in olive oil.
  5. Slice chicken breast. Put pasta on center of plate, place sliced chicken on top and pour sauce all over.
