  2. Make ready 1 kg Cow tail
  3. Take Ugwu
  4. Take Shumbo and Pepper
  5. Take 1 Onion
  6. Get 1 cup red oil
  7. Prepare Small crayfish
  8. Get Water
  9. Take Ginger

Steps to make Egusi Soup:
  1. Get a bowl add your water and salt to wash the meat and pour your water away.
  2. Add another bowl water to rinse it and pour the water away.
  3. Get a pot add your meat add 2 seasoning and add spices and Cook until your meat is soft till it cooked.
  4. Get your bowl add your egusi make it liquid put your frypan on the heat add half cup of oil in the heat keep stirring to your taste and bring it down.
  5. Get another pot add the remaining half cup of oil add your chopped onion to the hot oil and add your pepper mixture keep stirring to your taste.
  6. Add your stock and keep stirring then add your meat cover to boil like 3 minutes after 3minute add your egusi and add your seasoning and add your salt to taste and add your ugwu cover for 1minute bring it down and stir
  7. Serve with any food of your choice
