Instructions to make Karamani/ Black eyed peas Sundal:
  1. Boil karamani in water adding salt. Cook till soft and drain water.
  2. Heat oil add mustard seeds after it cracks put urad dhal till golden brown.
  3. Then add dry chilli, asofetida and curry leaves. Add the cooked black eyed peas. Mix well.
  4. Add the grated coconut and mix well.
