  1. Wash & soak chawli with enough water overnight
  2. In the morning drain water & blend it in a mixture &make paste
  3. Transfer the paste in a bowl add spinach fenugreek ggg paste asafoetida oil&salt. Mix all well make proper mixture
  4. Now add water as per needed make a batter
  5. Now in a bowl add 1/2tsp soda 1 tbsp water add it to batter
  6. Steam it for 15 mins
  7. After 15 min dhokla is ready
  8. In a pan add 1 tbspoil 1/2 tsp mustured seeds curry leave dried red chilli mix garnish it in dhokla
