  2. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  3. Take 1 dash soy sauce
  4. Get 1 beef cube
  5. Take 1 large onion chopped
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp garlic paste /minced garlic
  7. Get 1 tsp paprika
  8. Get 1 tbsp curry powder
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  10. Prepare 1 green bell pepper
  11. Take 1 bunch coriander (DHANIA)

Instructions to make Mbuzi Curry & Turmeric Rice #CharityRecipe:
  1. Cook your meat separately first. Place in a Sufuria, add your salt, soy sauce and the beef cube and let it cook until all moisture is gone
  2. In your pan, heat your oil and add your chopped onion
  3. When almost browned, add your spices i.e. Garlic paste, paprika, chibundiro & curry powder
  4. Then add in your cooked meat and stir for about 3 minutes
  5. Add your chopped bell pepper & coriander stalks and stir
  6. Lastly add your Royco paste (1/2 cup of water mixed with one sachet of Royco)
  7. Let it cook for about five more minutes, remove from heat and sprinkle the coriander leaves & serve
  8. I served this with some fragrant turmeric rice which I make by adding turmeric to the rice water and a few Bay leaves which gives it such a nice smell
