  1. Take 2-3 tender karelas
  2. Get 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
  3. Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. Get 1 tsp Malvani masala powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Dhana jeera powder
  6. Take 2-3 tsp Lemon juice
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Get as needed Rava and rice atta
  9. Take as needed Oil

Instructions to make Karela fry:
  1. Give diagonal cuts to Karela and rub turmeric lemon juice salt keep aside for 15-20mins
  2. Wash and drain Karela pcs. In a bowl add all dry masalas with salt and lemon juice mix well.. Add all Karela pcs to mixture and coat well.
  3. In a plate take rava and 2tsp rice atta.mix both.
  4. Now in a pan add oil and keep on medium flame.
  5. One by one take individual coated Karela piece and coat again with dry rava and rice atta mix.
  6. Shallow fry Karela pcs in pan and make it crispy From both sides.
  7. Enjoy with Dal rice
