Instructions to make Rice Crispies:
  1. Combine all the ingredients for tikki and mix well.
  2. Divide mixture into equal portions and shape into a flattened round tikki.
  3. Coat each tikki in a breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat tawa and shallow fry tikki both sides till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
