How to Improve Your Mood with Food
Many of us have been trained to believe that comfort foods are terrible and must be avoided. If your comfort food is candy or junk food this can be true. Otherwise, comfort foods could be extremely healthy and good for you. There are some foods that, when you eat them, may better your mood. If you feel a little bit down and you need a happiness pick me up, try some of these.
Eggs, you may be surprised to learn, are fantastic at battling depression. Just be sure that you don’t toss out the yolk. Whenever you want to cheer yourself up, the yolk is the most important part of the egg. Eggs, the egg yolk especially, are rich in B vitamins. B vitamins can be great for elevating your mood.
