They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.
Green tea is really good for your mood. You were sure it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is high in a certain amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have found that this specific amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while at the same time making the rest of your body more relaxed. You were already aware that that green tea helps you be better. Now you are aware that green tea helps you to elevate your moods as well!
Now you can see that junk food isn’t necessarily what you need to eat when you are wanting to help your moods get better. Try these suggestions instead!
