Some grains are truly excellent for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body.
