Steps to make Salt and Pepper Porkchops:
  1. Preheat the oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Heat an oven safe skillet.
  3. Coat the chops with olive oil and coat the chops with the salt heavily and lightly with the pepper.
  4. Sear the chops for 2 minutes per side.
