Steps to make Czechoslovakian Goulash:
  1. To a pot add the water, garlic, salt, pepper, bone, and trimmings. Boil for 25-30 minutes. Trim the remaining meat off the bones. Strain discard the non- edible parts.
  2. In a deep pan with a lid heat the oil.
