  1. Take 1 can Wolf brand Chili (beans optional)
  2. Get 3 cup Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
  3. Prepare 14 Corn Tortillas
  4. Take 1 cup Velveeta 2% cheese (Just cut half of the block in thin slices)
  5. Take 1 can Rotel Original

Steps to make Easy Chili & Cheese Enchiladas:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Mix half the can of Rotel, Half can of Chili, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of Velveeta
  3. Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds or just untill soft
  4. spoon Chili mixture onto tortillas, roll up and place on a baking pan.
  5. After they are all in the pan spread the remaining ingredients on top and place in oven for about 10-15 minutes or untill all the cheese is melted and bubley.
  6. Enjoy!
