Instructions to make Grandma's Sauce:
  1. Heat olive oil in frying pan on medium / medium-high until hot
  2. Carefully add neck bones and sausage to oil
  3. Season bones and sausage with garlic salt and black pepper to taste
  4. Rotate bones and sausage often to avoid burning. Continue to cook until all sides are brown
  5. Add puree, crushed tomatos and cream of mushroom to large sauce pot. Heat pot on medium
