Chopped onion finely.Steam or boil potatoes and finely chopped carrot and beans.These should not lose their crunchiness.Heat oil and fry in low flame till chopped cauliflower golden brown.Fry the cashew and peanuts.Sprinkle cumin and mustard seeds.When they crackle,fry the chopped onion and grated ginger.Add the steamed vegetables and toss.Also add chopped coconut and raisins.Sprinkle garam masala and toss.Boiled peas can be added.
