  7. Take 2-3 tbsp. raisins
  8. Prepare as needed dry fruits to garnish

Instructions to make Aam Doi Cheere (Flattened Rice-Yoghurt-Mango Dessert):
  1. Wash the poha 2-3 times & soak in water for 10-15 min. or till it gets soft. Drain.
  2. Add the yoghurt to the mango puree.
  3. Then add the drained poha, sugar
  4. Cardamom powder, rose water
  5. And the raisins.
  6. Chill and serve in individual bowls / glasses garnished with dry fruits & saffron.
