  8. Take 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Instructions to make Poha Flattened Rice:
  1. 1.Cut the Vegetables properly and wash them with water.Drain the excess water out
    1. Heat a pan on flame and add 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil to it.Afrer the oil starts boiling add the veggies to it.
  2. 3.Cook the veggies properly till it becomes translucent and add salt, jeera powder, pepper.
  3. 4.Soak the flattened rice in a container adding 1 or 2 cups of water and keep it for 5-10 minutes. Drain the excess water out.
  4. 5.Then mix the flattened rice properly with the cooked veggies and add a little amount of sugar to it.
  5. 6.Cook it for a while then serve it in a plate.
