  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  8. Get 1/2 cup blanched corn
  9. Get 2 tablespoons finely chopped capsicum
  10. Prepare 1 medium size onion finely chopped

Instructions to make Corn cheese stuffed flattened rice balls:
  1. Wash and Soak flattened rice with water for 5 minutes then drain all the water.
  2. Take flattened rice,boiled potatoes,salt,all the powder masala. Mashed well and make like a dough and keep aside.
  3. Heat a pan,add little oil and butter then add the chopped onion and saute till the onions turn translucent. Then add corn,capsicum and saute for few more minutes. Add salt and pepper powder and mix well.switch off the flame and let the mixture completely cool. Then add grated cheese and coriander leaves and mix everything.
  4. Now take a ball from the flattened rice dough,flatten the ball with your palm fill with some corn mixture and close properly.
  5. Repeat the process and make all the balls.heat oil and deep fry the balls.fry the balls upto golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce or any type of chutney.
