Instructions to make Poha:
  1. Take a strainer and wash the flattened rice in it and keep aside..Now cut the veggies.
  2. Now turn on the oven,and take a kadai add oil in it now fry the ground nuts.and keep aside..In the same oil fry onion,beans,carrots grated ginger and chilli in it.
  3. Now add the Flattened rice in it,mix all the things properly and now add ground nuts fry in it and mix them..Now add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
