  1. Get 2 cups rice
  2. Take 4 sp fenugreek seeds
  3. Get 1 cup poha/flattened rice
  4. Prepare 1 cup puffed rice
  5. Take as needed Oil

Steps to make Mente Dosa (methi dosa):
  1. Wash rice and soak with fenugreek seeds overnight or 5,6hours.
  2. Soak poha and puffed rice for half an hour before grinding rice. Then grind finely like dosa batter and ferment for 8,10 hours.
  3. Add salt and little water to make batter consistency.
  4. Heat tava and pour 2sp of batter and spread it and cover it and cook till done.
  5. Take out and serve hot with chetney.
