On the last time one minute of cooking add a handful of chopped parsley and turn off the heat. Remove from the stove.
  3. Prepare the side dish, stir-fry vege. In a wok heat 2 tbs oil, add the onion and sautee' for 2' then add the Kale, stir and add the Bokchoy, pinch of salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for another 2'. Splash with a dash of Olive oil. Remove, transfer into a small serving bowl.To serve: on individual plate put as bed the Jasmeen rice then top put the Chicken in gravy.
