  1. Get 1 cup thick poha(flattened rice)
  2. Get 2 tbsp oil
  3. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. Get 1/4 tsp asafoetida(hing)
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric
  7. Get 1 tsp sugar
  8. Take as per taste Salt
  9. Take 1 onion finely chopped
  10. Get 2 green chilli finely chopped
  11. Take 8-10 curry leaves
  12. Get 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  13. Take 1 tsp lemon juice
  14. Take 2 tbsp peanuts

Steps to make Indori poha:
  1. Firstly, wash poha. Then steam poha in a steamer for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a kadai, add oil in it. Then splutter mustard seeds. Now add cumin seeds, peanuts and asafoetida.
  3. Now add curry leaves, chopped chilli and onion. Then add salt and turmeric. Mix it and cook it about 2- 3 minutes.
  4. Now add steamed poha in a kadai, add salt and sugar. Mix it well. Cover it and cook it for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add lemon juice and mix it.
  6. Take poha into serving plate, garnish with chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds and sev.
