  1. Prepare 1 big bowl flattened rice flakes
  2. Take 2 onions, finely chopped
  3. Make ready 1 potato finely chopped
  4. Take 2 spoons ginger chilli paste
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric
  6. Prepare 1 lemon juice
  7. Take 4-5 curry leaves
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  11. Get As required Oil
  12. Prepare As per taste Salt

Instructions to make Kanda poha:
  1. Take poha clean it and then transfer into the strainer. Now wash them for 2-3 times.
  2. Now take a pan and add oil around 2-3 spoon to it.
  3. When oil get heat add mustard seeds, jeera, asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped onions to it and give it a mix.
  4. Now add ginger chilli paste and mix well. Now add potatoes then add little salt and mix it.
  5. Now close pan to cook potatoes nicely.
  6. Now add turmeric powder and mix well.
  7. Now add soaked poha, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander and give it a nice mix.
