  4. Get 1 inch ginger
  5. Get 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
  7. Take 2 Green chilli
  8. Take To taste salt
  9. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  11. Take 2 tbsp cooking oil
  12. Take 2 tbsp Green chutney
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

Instructions to make Poha Cutlets:
  1. Mash boiled potatoes. Soak poha in water for 2 minutes. Drain it. Chop onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilli. Grate ginger.
  2. Now in a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, soaked and drained poha and all the chopped vegetables. Mix well.
  3. Knead the mixture as dough. Make equal size balls of dough. Now shape it as cutlets with the help of your palms.
  4. Heat non stick griddle. Brush it with oil and place the cutlets and roast on medium flame till it turn golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the cutlets.
  5. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
