  1. Make ready 4-6 Burger buns
  2. Make ready 6-8 Potatoes
  3. Get 1 Bowl boiled peas
  4. Make ready 1 Bowl capsicum

  6. Prepare 2-3 Teaspoons corn flour
  7. Prepare 1/2 Bowl flattened rice
  8. Take 1 Bowl cabbage
  9. Get as per taste salt
  10. Make ready 2 Teaspoons shezwan chutney

  12. Prepare 1 Bowl cucumber roundals

Instructions to make Veg burger:
  1. Firstly finely chop all the veggies and keep ready. Boil the peas and let it cool down.
  2. Boil the potatoes up to 5-6 whistles, drain excess water and let it cool down. Then peel off and mash them nicely and keep it in fridge for a few minutes.
  3. Now take A deep pan heat 1-2 teaspoon oil put finely chopped onions saute for 2 minutes then add finely chopped cabbage and capsicum, stir well and sprinkle some salt.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and the boiled peas and mashed potatoes mix well and keep stirring. Mix thoroughly. Add some chilli flakes and oregano', mix well. Check seasoning before you turn off the gas.
  5. Now let the mixture cool down to room temperature. Meanwhile, prepare the cornflour dip for making burger tiki. Take A bowl put the cornflour add some salt and mix well with little water to make A dip batter.
  6. Now transfer the mixture to A deep bowl just wash the flattened rice and immediately squeeze excess water add this to the mixture and mix thoroughly to give a binding texture.
  7. Now heat oil for deep frying. Take ball size mixture and give burger shape by rolling and pressing with hands. Dip it in cornflour batter and deep fry on low to medium flame. Flip and fry both the sides.
  8. Now heat a flat pan spread some butter and sprinkle some sesame seeds on it. Then heat/roast the burger buns from both the sides and keep aside.
  9. Than prepare the tomato, onion and cucumber roundals.
  10. Now take A serving plate place the burger bun and spread some mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on the bottom than place the tomato, cucumber and onion roundals, finally the burger tiki and A cheese slice and cover with the bun. Grate some cheese on the top and Serve hot with some potato wafers, cucumber and tomato ketchup.
