  1. Prepare 2 cup thin poha/flattened rice
  2. Make ready 1 big onion finely chopped
  3. Get 2-3 green chillies
  4. Get 2 springs curry leaves
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp peanuts
  6. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  8. Get 2 tbsp oil

Steps to make Dadpe pohe:
  1. Sieve the poha,through a strainer and sprinkle some coconut water all over the poha& keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl,add onion,green chillies, coconut,poha,grated ginger,salt,sugar, coriander leaves and gently mix well.
  3. Heat a tadka pan,add oil, mustard seeds,let them crackle,add peanuts,curry leaves and add this seasoning on the poha mixture and keep it covered fot 15-20 mins.
  4. Dadpe pohe is ready to serve wdh hot cup of tea or coffee.
