  1. Make ready 5-6 boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup soaked flattened rice (poha)
  3. Get to taste Salt
  4. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. Get 1 tablespoon ginger garlic chilli paste
  6. Get 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. Prepare 3-4 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  8. Take 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  9. Take 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  10. Prepare as needed Oil for frying
  11. Take as needed Corn flour
  12. Prepare as needed Hung curd
  13. Take as needed Date tamarind chutney

Instructions to make Aloo poha tikki:
  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and make mixture.
  2. Prepare big size round tikki from it. I used round mould.
  3. Apply cornflour over it and shallow fry both sides with oil until golden brown. Do gently or it may break.
  4. Apply hungcurd in the shape of logo. (I have used paint brush). Then do it's border with date tamarind chutney. (I prepared cone for this)
