  2. Prepare 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
  3. Get 1 and 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  7. Get as per taste Salt
  8. Get Few Green chillies
  9. Get as required Coriander leaves

  13. Get 1 tbsp Cornflour

Steps to make Poha Aloo Cheese Cutlet:
  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them. Mash them and add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  2. In a bowl take poha(flattened rice) wash them. Do not over wash. Add them to the mashed potato mixture.
  3. Add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves to it and mix.
  4. Grate 2-3 cheese cubes in the mixture. And mix properly.
  5. In a pan take oil for frying.
  6. Make round shape cutlet and dip it in a mixture of cornflour, maida and water.
  7. Coat it with bread crumbs and fry them till it turns little brown in colour.
  8. Take them out. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
