  3. Prepare 1 finely chopped bell pepper

  6. Take 2-3 finely chopped green chilli
  7. Take 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander and curry leaves
  8. Take 3 tablespoon chickpea flour
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon carrom seeds
  10. Get 1 teaspoon turmeric
  11. Take 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. Get 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  13. Prepare 1 teaspoon chaat masala

Steps to make Poha Poppers:
  1. Soak the poha in some water for about 10 minutes. Better use the thin poha for this dish. Drain the water and keep it as is for 10 minutes. Make sure the water is drained completely. Squeeze the poha in between your palms
  2. Take a bowl, mash the poha completely. Add the chopped onions, bell pepper, potatoes, carrots, curry leaves, coriander, chickpea flour and mix.
  3. Now add the dry masalas and the salt. Mix nicely and the poha mixture appears like a dough
  4. Grease your palms nicely with oil and make small round poha dough balls
  5. Heat oil in a wok and fry them golden brown. Serve with mint chutney. I served it with some schezwan sauce and salad.
