  3. Get 3 green chillies chopped

  5. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  8. Get 1 tsp Sugar
  9. Take 1 pinch hing / asafoetida

Steps to make Kobi pohe:
  1. Wash and rinse pohe and keep aside.
  2. In a pan take oil add mustard, cumin, peanuts. Let seeds cracle till then peanut gets perfect fried. Now add green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder and saute
  3. Add cabbage, hing, and saute for 5 mins till cabbage changes colour and texture. Now add kept aside pohe and mix well.. Add salt sugar and mix slowly.
  4. Cover with lid and cook for 5 mins. And serve hot. Squeeze lemon(optional)
