The ingredients needed to make Fried  flour semolina modak:
  1. Prepare 100 gm flour
  2. Take 4 tsp ghee
  3. Get 12 tsp oil
  4. Take 4 tsp dryfruit
  5. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  6. Take 5 tsp sugar
  7. Prepare 7 tsp roasted semolina
  8. Make ready 2 tsp chocolate syrup
  9. Prepare 4 tsp flattened rice
  10. Take 8 red cherry
  11. Take 2 tsp sugar syrup

This Crispy, tasty and delicious sweet, prepared during the festivity of during Vinayaka Chaturthi. For the filling, roast scraped coconut and semolina in ghee on low heat. Cook sugar with one cup of water to make a one string consistency syrup. Some people also make these for the Sankasti chaturthi puja every month.

Steps to make Fried  flour semolina modak:
  1. At first, knead the flour with oil, ghee,salt,semolina,sugar and water.
  2. Now make a dough for modak.
  3. Then keep it for some time and ready for stuffing
  4. Then, flattened rice soak in water for 1 min.
  5. Now make a paste of flattened rice.
  6. Now the flattened rice will mix with sweet
  7. Then, the mixture saute with ghee in pan with sugar syrup.
  8. Then after 5min,when the mixture leave the pan then take away it.
  9. After 5min, add roasted semolina, choco syrup and dry fruit with the mixture
  10. Aften that,make a log of the dough.
  11. Now, cut the log into four equal slices
  12. Then, dumpling stuff of the choco mixture in the slices.
  13. Then give a shape of the stuffed slices by hand.
  14. Lift one side of the edge and start pleat
  15. Then, start folding from two sides and forming like modak one by one
  16. Now use frog spoon for design on the modak.
  17. Then, take a pan with oil.
  18. There after, tempting oil in pan and the flour modak put on oil in pan
  19. Then after fry the colour has change in to brawn
  20. Then serve it with dry fruit choco syrup sugar syrup and almond,cherry
