  1. Get 200 gm Poha(Flattened rice)
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup Peanut
  3. Make ready 2 Onions chopped
  4. Get 7-8 Curry Leaves
  5. Get 2 Green Chillies
  6. Prepare 2 tablespoon Oil
  7. Get 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  8. Get 1 tsp Mustard seeds + Cumin seeds
  9. Get 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
  10. Get 1/2 Lemon Juice
  11. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Salt
  13. Make ready 2 tablespoon Besan Sev for garnish

Instructions to make Kanda Poha:
  1. Take a pohe in a bowl,wash 2-3 times and soak in a water for 30 seconds.Drain the water,cover and keep it a side.
  2. In a pan, heat oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds it pop up, peanut chopped onions green chilli curry leaves saute everything for a 2 minutes.let the onions became light golden colour.
  3. Add turmeric powder, sugar mix well.
  4. Add the soaked poha salt lemon juice and mix everything well.
  5. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat.Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Pohe are ready.Take a poha in serving dish.
  8. Garnish with besan sev and coriander leaves.
