The ingredients needed to make Vegetable Poha:
  1. Prepare 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
  2. Get 1 onion
  3. Make ready 1 tomato
  4. Prepare 1 capsicum
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Take To taste salt and red chilli powder
  7. Take 1/2 cup sweet corn
  8. Get 2 lemon
  9. Take 1/2 cup cabbage thin chopped
  10. Take As needed oil

Serve with chopped onion, sev , coriander leaves and lemon juice for extra tasty snack or breakfast.
