  1. Prepare 2 cups Flattened rice
  2. Prepare 2 tsp Oil
  3. Make ready 1 Onion finely chopped
  4. Take 3-4 Green chillies finely chopped
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup Peanuts
  6. Get 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Salt
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Get 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  10. Make ready 10 Curry leaves

Steps to make Masala Poha:
  1. Wash and drain poha or the flattened rice well until use.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai or a pan. Saute onions and chopped ginger. Then add peanuts and curry leaves. Saute in a low heat until the raw smell fades away.
  3. Add green chillies, salt and turmeric now. And finally the poha or the flattened rice. Mix well and squeeze some lemon juice onto it. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot immediately.
