The ingredients needed to make Sub-Zero Smoothie:
  1. Prepare 1 no. small size apple
  2. Prepare 1 no. small size mango
  3. Take 1 no. small size banana
  4. Prepare 6 nos. date
  5. Get 6 pcs almond
  6. Make ready 6 pcs walnut
  7. Make ready 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  8. Get 2 tablespoons flattened rice
  9. Get 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  10. Take 250 ml chilled boiled milk
  11. Prepare Water and ice if necessary
  12. Get Cinnamon powder, cherry and mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions to make Sub-Zero Smoothie:
  1. Take all the fruits and dice them into small pieces. Deseed the dates accordingly.
  2. Now take a mixer jar and first put the dry ingredients i.e. flattened rice, brown sugar, almond and walnuts into the jar. Grind them carefully and make powder of them. Then put rest of the ingredients one after another and blend them into a fine paste with the help of chilled milk. Mix cinnamon powder along with the paste. If needed use cold water to smoothen the mixture.
  3. Finally take serving glasses and pour the Sub-Zero Smoothie into the glasses. Sprinkle pinch of cinnamon powder on top. Garnish them with cherry and mint leaves. Enjoy this healthy as well as tasty smoothie and make your day more energetic.
  4. TIP: If needed put some crushed ice cubes in the glass.
