  1. Boil the potatoes.Peel and mash them while they are warm.
  2. Add washed flattened rice with boiled potatoes and mash them well
  3. Add the chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves,salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chilli powder to the smashed potatoes and flattened rice.
  4. Take a small amount from the mashed potatoes and flattened rice. Make them into a round shape and flatten them.
  5. Take a frying pan and add oil to it.fry them in the oil, wait till each one turns golden brown in colour.
  6. Separate the tikkis from the fry pan onto a plate.Now it is ready to serve. You can also serve it with green salad.
