  2. Take 2 onion finely chopped
  3. Get 4 tsp coriander leaves
  4. Get 1/2 tsp rai/ mustard seeds

  7. Take as needed lemon juice
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Poha:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add rai when crackle it add chopped onion and saute it.
  2. Now add all spices and mix it.
  3. Add soaked Puja and mix well.
  4. Now add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix it well.
  5. Cook for a few minute.
