Steps to make Poha:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves and green chillies and let it crackle.
  2. Wash poha drain it and keep aside for 5 mins
  3. Then add the poha and stir add turmeric powder and red chilli powder,salt and keep stirring switch off the flame
  4. Roast peanuts add in the poha
  5. Now mix sev and serve.
