  1. Take 2-3 medium sized potatoes..(boiled and mashed)
  2. Take 1/4 cup sweet corn
  3. Prepare 1 bowl all mixed, finely chopped vegetabless
  4. Get (cabbage, capsicum, carrot, peas..Of ur choice)
  5. Prepare Handful Fresh chopped coriander
  6. Take 2 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. Make ready 1 tsp mixed herbs
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup processed cheese.(grated)
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp flattened rice powder(poha)
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour
  11. Take to taste Salt
  12. Take For slurry –
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  14. Take 1 tbsp corn flour
  15. Make ready to taste Salt
  16. Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  17. Take For Crumbs
  18. Make ready 4 pieces bread

Instructions to make Vegetable Nuggets:
  1. In a bowl add mash potatoes, all chopped veggies, chilli flakes,red chilli powder, mixed herbs, grated cheese, flattened rice powder, corn flour and fresh coriander…Mix all ingredients well…And keep in refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions…And roll each to make small nuggets.
  3. In a bowl add All purpose flour, Corn flour, salt and black pepper…Add water to make slurry.(.add little water at a time..To make it lumps free.)
  4. Grind the bread pieces in mixer Jar to make crumbs.
  5. Now dip each nuggets in all purpose flour slurry,one by one…and then coat with bread crumbs.Keep them in refrigerator for 10 mins.
  6. After that deep fry all the nuggets in hot oil…In two or three batches on medium flame.
  7. Cripsy vegetable mixed nuggets are ready to serve.Serve hot With sauce.
