  1. Take 200 gm Flattened rice
  2. Prepare 50 gm peanuts
  3. Make ready 2-4 green chillies
  4. Take 10 gm curry leaves
  5. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds

Steps to make Poha:
  1. Soak flattened rice in water for 5 minutes…then strain it !
  2. Take a wok and pour mustard oil in it ! When oil gets hot put mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves together
  3. Add peanuts and saute them! When peanuts change into golden colour add all spices in it and fry them! Put veggies if you want to and cook for 5 minutes more!!
  4. When Spices are ready add flattened rice in it…mix all together!!
  5. Turn off the gas and add raisins in it…. squeeze the lemon…your healthy breakfast is ready to serve !!
