  2. Prepare 1/2 cup gram flour (Besan)
  3. Get 1/3 cup curd
  4. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Take 1/2 lemon to squeeze (optional)
  7. Take to taste salt
  8. Make ready 1 tsp sugar
  9. Get 2-3 green red chilis cut into small pieces
  10. Get as needed few coriander leaves
  11. Prepare 3 spoons Soaked Flattened Rice (Poha) - Optional

Instructions to make Rice Cutlets:
  1. For Coating and Frying - 1/2 cup of semolina to coat the pattice from both the sides - 2 spoon of oil for pan frying the cutlet
  2. Mix all the above ingredients mentioned for Ingredients for Cutlet in a mixing bowl. - Taste the mix and see if everything is proper. - If you find the batter too watery add little besan again as curd leave water. - Heat a nonstick pan and brush it with oil
  3. Form a cutlet round flat shape patty and coat it in semolina and put it on nonstick pan for frying from both the sides. - Fry till both the sides get golden brown. - Serve it with Chutney and Ketchup
