  1. 1st wash poha well drain the excess water.add little beat salt, pepper powder,sugar, lemmonjuice
  2. Take a kadhai heaOil,when oil warm nicely add rains curry leaves
  3. After cracking the tadka add chopped onion cook till like translucent.
  4. Add green chilli and ginger cook for a min add salt and turmeric powder cook again for a min
  5. At that time add roasted peanuts and poha cover with a lid for 2 min..Add raisins and cashewnuts mix well.
  6. Garnish in ur own style ready for serve
  7. Serve with cool bel sharabat
