  1. Prepare 2 bunches parsley finely chopped
  2. Get 4 Roma tomatoes finely chopped
  3. Make ready 1/2 bunch fresh mint finely chopped
  4. Take 1-2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup extra fine bulgar
  6. Get Some flaxseed (optional)

  9. Get 4 Small to medium heads of radish finely chopped
  10. Get 2 lemons juice

Instructions to make Tabouli Salad:
  1. Wash the bulgur wheat and soak it in water for 5-7 minutes till it drain well.
  2. Chop all the vegetables, herbs, green onions and tomatoes draining excess juice if needed.
  3. Place all in a large bowl and toss or mix all gently; parsley, mint, tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, radish, peppers, cinamon, salt and at the end add the olive oil and flaxseed (optional)
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as you like while mixing; serve with lettuce leaves.
