  1. Take For Mooli Methi Paratha-
  2. Take 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves
  3. Prepare 1 Radish grated and water squeezed out
  4. Make ready as required Chapati dough as required
  5. Make ready to taste Salt, red chilli
  6. Take 2-3 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp white butter/ desi ghee( Clarified butter
  7. Get 1 tbsp ajwain (Carrom seeds)
  8. Take For Gobhi Matar Sabzi-
  9. Take 1 medium cauliflower chopped
  10. Make ready 1/2 cup peas boiled
  11. Make ready to taste Salt and red chilli
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  13. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  14. Get 1 tomato chopped
  15. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  16. Get 2-3 tbsp oil

Steps to make Mooli Methi Paratha with Gobhi Matar Sabji and Gazar Aachar:
  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add onions.
  2. Once onions are a bit brown, add tomatoes, salt, turmeric and mix. Cook till tomatoes are soft. Now add cauliflower and mix.
  3. Cover and cook on medium flame till cauliflower is cooked. Now add peas and Chilli powder and mix. Your Sabzi is ready.
  4. Now for Paratha, take a small portion of dough and roll between your hands, roll it flat with a rolling pin, put a handful of grated Raddish, methi leaves in the center and sprinkle some salt, chilli powder and carom seeds and mix.
  5. Now fold it inside the dough and roll into a flat chapati. Use dry flour as required.
  6. Heat the Tawa and cook the Paratha evenly from both sides. Apply some oil if you like. I cook my parathas dry and then apply butter/ desi ghee on the top.
  7. Enjoy your Winter meal with some curd and pickle.
