  2. Take 10 cm ☆Japanese leek
  3. Get 1 clove ☆Garlic
  4. Get 1 the same amount as the garlic ☆Ginger
  5. Take 1 tbsp ●Soy sauce
  6. Take 1 tbsp ●Sesame oil
  7. Get 1 tbsp ●Vinegar
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp ●Mirin
  9. Get 1 tbsp ●Cooking sake
  10. Get 1 tsp ●Chicken stock granules
  11. Take 1 tbsp ●White sesame seeds
  12. Take 1/2 medium Onion, sliced
  13. Prepare 1/4 pack Radish sprouts
  14. Make ready 1 Salt and pepper
  15. Get 1 Vegetable oil

Steps to make Seared Tuna with Onion Sauce:
  1. Wipe off the excess moisture from both sides of the tuna block. Lightly season with salt and pepper (both sides.)
  2. Mince the leek, garlic, and ginger and set aside. Combine the ● ingredients.
  3. Thinly slice the onion. If it's spicy, soak in water. Lightly rinse the radish sprouts and then cut into 2 cm pieces.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in the frying pan and cook the ☆ ingredients, being careful not to burn them, until fragrant.
  5. Once fragrant, add the combined ● ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat. This completes the onion sauce.
  6. Next, heat some vegetable oil in a separate frying pan and pan-fry the tuna block until both sides are lightly browned.

  9. Since I didn't have any radish sprouts on this occasion, I used mizuna leaves.
