  1. Take 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. Prepare 5 tsp oil for moyan
  3. Prepare 1 tsp carrom seeds
  4. Take 5-6 boiled potatoes
  5. Prepare 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Crushed dry anardana
  7. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped

Steps to make Aloo anardana gujiya:
  1. Sift all purpose flour. Add salt, carom seeds and oil. Mix with your hands. Add some water to knead a dough. If required add some more water to knead a tight dough. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove skin of boiled potatoes. Mash them with masher. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Now divide dough in equal lemon size balls. Take one ball. Roll it with roller. Stuff potato mixture.
  4. Apply water on edges. Fold from center. Now with fork press edges.
  5. Heat oil in kadhai until smoking point. Slide 2-3 gujiyas. Deep fry them until golden from both sides.
  6. Serve hot with tamarind chutney and curd. Enjoy with ginger tea.
