  1. Get 200 gm Samak rice
  2. Take 2 Boiled potatoes
  3. Prepare 1/2 spoon Salt
  4. Make ready -1spoon Eno
  5. Take 3 spoons Curd
  6. Make ready As needed Water
  7. Take 10 For chutney mint leaves
  8. Take 20 Coriander leaves
  9. Get 1/4 spoon Salt
  10. Prepare 1/2 spoon Sugar
  11. Get 2 Green chilli
  12. Get 2 spoons Anardana
  13. Make ready 50 gm Roasted peanuts

Steps to make Samak-potato idli with peanut chutney:
  1. For idli Dip samak rice for 2 hrs in water. Then drain water and grind it. Add grated boiled potatoes in it. Add salt and 3spoons of curd. Mix well. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
  2. Add eno and mix well for 2minutes.
  3. Immediately put the batter in idli stand and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Idli is ready.
  5. For chutney Roast the peanuts on gas stove. Remove the outer cover of peanuts
  6. Now take grinder jar and put peanuts, salt mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, anardana and sugar. Grind well. Add 3-4spoons of water and again grind.
  7. Chutney is ready.
