  12. Prepare 2 tsp red chili powder
  13. Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
  14. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Prepare 2 tsp anardana (pomegranate) powder
  16. Prepare 1 tsp amchur (mango) powder
  17. Make ready 1 tbsp garam masala

Steps to make 🌶🍛Amratsari Chole🍛🌶:
  1. In a pan add dry chickpeas 2 cups boiled with 2 tea bags and water & salt and cook it for 45 minutes or untill fully cooked. - In a pan add oil, ghee, bay leaves, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and mix it well.
  2. Add tomato puree and add the dry masalas - turmeric powder, amchur powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt to taste & anardana powder.
  3. Add the chickpeas to the masala and water and cook it for 8-10 minutes. - Mash few of the chickpeas for consitency garnish with fresh coriander leaves. - Amritsari Chole is ready to be served!
